Our premium cruise ship features modern oceanview and balcony cabins, spacious family suites and luxury suites with private decks. Every cabin includes air conditioning, private bathroom, premium bedding, daily housekeeping, in-cabin entertainment, complimentary tea & coffee, and 24/7 guest assistance. Guests enjoy multiple restaurants, pool deck, theatre, kids’ club, spa, fitness center and curated shore excursions at every port.

Check-in / Boarding

Boarding generally opens 3–4 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes prior to sail away. Please arrive at the terminal with your cruise ticket, valid ID/passport and completed check-in documents.

Check-out / Disembarkation

Disembarkation usually starts 60–90 minutes after docking. Guests are requested to vacate cabins by 08:00 and follow the scheduled disembarkation groups announced onboard.

Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to cabin type, sailing date and fare. Some promotional fares are non-refundable, while flexible fares allow changes up to a certain number of days before departure. Please check the cabin conditions and fare rules when selecting your cabin.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome onboard. Infants and children must be registered on the booking and travel with an adult. Availability of extra beds or sofa-beds depends on cabin category and must be confirmed at the time of booking. Some cabins have occupancy limits due to safety regulations. Charges for additional guests or baby cots may apply according to the selected fare.

Pets

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are generally not allowed onboard, except for verified service animals approved in advance. Please contact our support team if you need to travel with an assistance animal.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other regionally accepted cards. The cruise line reserves the right to pre-authorise your card before departure for onboard expenses and security deposits.
